What we store

Your email address and account name, so the account exists and you can sign in.
Videos you upload and the clips, images and audio the service produces from them.
Chat messages you send to the AI models and the replies.
Credit balance and a ledger of every grant, purchase and charge.
Payment records from Stripe: amount, currency, time, last four digits of the card. We never see or store the full card number.
Basic technical logs: IP address, browser type and request time, used to keep the service running and to stop abuse.

Who else processes it

To do the work you ask for, parts of your content are sent to the provider you selected:

Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and DeepSeek — your chat messages, when you pick one of their models.
kie.ai — image prompts and source images for image generation and editing.
Stripe — payment processing. Stripe is the controller of the card data it collects.
Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics about pages and sessions.

We do not sell your data and we do not use your uploads to train our own models.

How long we keep it

Uploads, clips and chat history stay until you delete them or ask us to close the account. Payment and credit records are kept for seven years because Estonian accounting law requires it. Technical logs are rotated within 90 days.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, or object to processing. Write to info@prism.ee and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Cookies

We set a session cookie so you stay signed in, keep your theme choice in local storage, and use Google Analytics cookies for usage statistics. No advertising cookies are set.

Changes

If this page changes in a way that affects you, the date above changes and we tell you by email before the change takes effect.
