Credits

The service runs on prepaid credits, not a subscription. Nothing renews on its own.
Packs cost €5 for 100 credits, €15 for 350 and €35 for 900. Prices include Estonian VAT where it applies.
Credits do not expire.
A new account receives 10 free credits per product it activates. Free credits carry no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Each action states its price before you run it. A basic clip job costs 10 credits; chat and image models cost between 0 and 3 credits per request.

Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase — write to info@prism.ee from the account email and the unused balance goes back to the card. Credits already spent on a completed job are not refundable, because the compute behind them has been paid for. If a job fails through our fault, the credits for it are returned to your balance.

What you may upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload and of the clips the service produces from it. You confirm that you hold the rights to the material and that processing it does not break the law. Do not upload content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts minors in a sexual context. We remove such material and close the account without a refund.

What we owe you

The service is provided as it is. AI output is generated automatically and can be wrong — check anything you publish. We do not promise uninterrupted availability; when something breaks we fix it and return credits consumed by failed jobs. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

Account closure

You can close your account at any time by writing to info@prism.ee; uploads and clips are deleted with it. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or that is used to attack the service.

Law

Estonian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Estonia. If you are a consumer in the EU you can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
